Pre-Construction
This is the calm before the build.
We finalize our budget, secure bids, coordinate drawings, permits and trades, and make sure every detail is ready to roll.
Construction Management
Once we’re on site,
the magic (and the sawdust) begins.
We manage trades, track progress, and maintain clear communication so you always know what’s happening and why.
Completion and Handover
When the last tool leaves the site, we walk through every inch together.
We tie up loose ends, hand over the keys, and make sure you’re as thrilled with the result as we are.
